Are your products ready to ship?

Of course! All of our products are pre-made and ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Quantities are limited so get it while you can!


What about international shipping?

At this moment we do not offer international shipping. Maybe in the future!

Do you take custom requests?

Yes we do! As long as it's a product that is already listed on the website. Custom scents are accepted as well.

What is "cure"?

A freshly made batch of soap (cold process) requires 4-6 weeks for the lye to neutralize before it is ready for use. Cured soap is harder, milder, and more "finished".

What is Lye?

Lye, or sodium hydroxide, is a caustic soda that converts oils and water in to soap. After completely curing, no lye remains in the bar.

What is cold process soap?

Cold process soap is made by mixing lye and oils and the resulting chemical reaction is soap!

Payment Policy:

Payment is required at the time of checkout. At JasmineLaRae we do not keep credit card information on record, and value your privacy. Credit card and private information remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during, and after the product purchase. All transactions are processed through PayPal/Venmo which is a secure form of payment. Used by millions of people daily, PayPal is heavily encrypted by third party-payment processors. We take many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. All payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD) and are shipped from Arizona, USA.

Please make sure that you enter the correct billing address and contact information as it appears on your bank or credit card statement. Transactions may not go through if the information entered does not match exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file. Some transactions may also be held for further verification by our customer experience team. Make sure to also enter the correct shipping address (Street number and name, City, State, and Zip Code) as we are not liable for packages that are sent to the wrong address when the address information is not entered correctly.

Refund Policy:

All returns are subject to individual evaluation. Only damaged items are subject to return consideration. In order for an item to be considered for return, you must contact us immediately via email upon delivery of the item or within 24 hours of item delivery.

If you wish to return or exchange an item you must pay for shipping via a Priority Mail, Fedex, UPS or any delivery system with a tracking number. Damaged items can be exchanged with item of same description, in this case the shipping of the item replacing damaged item will be at no cost.

Items that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We pack and ship our products to ensure no damage during shipping. Reimbursements will qualify when the above Return Policy has been met and the item has been returned. Please allow 10 business days to receive a reimbursement after approval of action.

Shipping & Handling Policy:

All orders are shipped between Monday to Friday with 2-3 day processing time. 

We do not ship on these specific holidays:

  • Monday, December 26 Christmas Day

We are not responsible for wrong or invalid shipping address provided by the customer. A review of each individual case will be needed. 

A case with USPS or Fedex would need to be opened for investigation. We are not responsible for 3rd party shipping errors or delivered stolen packages.
